2. Đóng gói

   • Theo tiêu chuẩn mặc định của Hubfulfill.
   • Nếu Quý khách có nhu cầu đóng gói khác thì liên hệ lại Hubfulfill.

3. Thời gian sản xuất:

   • Mùa thấp điểm 2-3 ngày làm việc.
   • Mùa cao điểm (từ tháng 9-12): 3-5 ngày làm việc.
   • Tiktok sản xuất trong 24h (liên hệ check volum còn lại cho tiktok).

4. Thời gian ship:

   • Line tiktok 2day active - 11day delivery.
   • Line nhanh: 7-11 ngày làm việc.
   • Line thường: 12-18 ngày làm việc.

5. Template:

   • Quý khách vui lòng theo các ghi chú trên file template Hubfulfull cung cấp.
   • Thiết kế sử dụng Smart Object để đảm bảo tỉ lệ và chất lượng thiết kế.
   • Thiết kế phủ kín vùng màu vàng, màu xanh là vùng thiết kế quan trọng cần đảm bảo toàn vẹn nội dung.
   • File in là file vector hoặc file ảnh PNG độ phân giải > 500dpi.
   • File cắt/khắc là file corel hoặc ai. Trường hợp chỉ có file ảnh, yêu cầu độ phân giải >1000dpi, size to, vùng cắt/khắc để màu đen, vùng màu trắng là vùng còn giữ lại sau khi cắt.

6. Tracking:

   • USA: tracking number của USPS.
   • Các nước khác: sử dụng tracking number của YUN.

Lưu ý:

• Màu sắc thực tế có thể hơi khác so với hình ảnh do màn hình và hiệu ứng ánh sáng khác nhau.
• Vui lòng cho phép chênh lệch 0,5-2,5 cm tùy sản phẩm do đặc tính thủ công.

7. Lưu ý về vận chuyển:

   • Việc vận chuyển hàng hóa từ Việt Nam sang Mỹ và các quốc gia khác, cũng như giao hàng nội địa tại các nước đó, được thực hiện thông qua các công ty vận chuyển địa phương (như bưu điện hoặc hãng vận chuyển tại quốc gia đích).
   • Hubfulfill không trực tiếp ship hàng, mà chỉ làm việc với các đối tác vận chuyển này.
   • Vì vậy, đôi khi có thể xảy ra các vấn đề như chậm trễ, hủy đơn hoặc hoãn giao hàng, và nguyên nhân không xuất phát từ Hubfulfill.
   • Trong những trường hợp này, Hubfulfill sẽ hỗ trợ tối đa và đẩy mạnh làm việc với các hãng vận chuyển để gói hàng có thể đến tay khách hàng nhanh nhất có thể.

8. Chú ý:

   • Hubfulfill luôn cố gắng làm tốt nhất, nhưng luôn có tỉ lệ lỗi, không thể hoạt động hoàn hảo và tỉ lệ lỗi của Hubfulfill luôn đảm bảo dưới 1%/tháng, mùa thấp điểm và mùa cao điểm là 1.5%/tháng.
   • Tất cả các lỗi liên quan đến logistic đều là lỗi bên thứ hai, Hubfulfill cũng không có quyền can thiệp chỉ có thể push liên tục với các công ty vận chuyển như USPS, UPS, Fedex, YUN... để giải quyết tốt nhất.
   • Khách hàng cần topup trước tiền hàng hóa.
   • Với khách hàng cần hold kho số lượng lớn, cần thanh toán một phần tiền nguyên liệu cùng HUB để đảm bảo quyền lợi hai bên.
   • HUB chỉ chấp nhận các đơn hàng kiếu lại trong khoảng thời gian 3 ngày kể từ khi delivery.

   • The design should cover the yellow area, with the green area being critical to maintain design integrity.
   • The print file must be a vector file or a PNG image with a resolution of >500dpi.
   • Cutting/engraving files must be in Corel or AI format. If only an image file is available, it should be >1000dpi with large size, black areas for cutting/engraving, and white areas remaining after cutting.

6. Tracking:

   • USA: tracking number by USPS.
   • Other countries: use the YUN tracking number.

Notes:

• Actual colors may slightly vary from the images due to different screen displays and lighting effects.
• Please allow a 0.5-2.5 cm difference due to the handmade nature of the product.

7. Shipping notes:

   • Shipping from Vietnam to the USA and other countries, as well as domestic delivery in those countries, is conducted via local carriers (such as the post office or local delivery companies in the destination country).
   • Hubfulfill does not directly ship goods, but works with these shipping partners.
   • Therefore, delays, cancellations, or delivery postponements may sometimes occur, which are not caused by Hubfulfill.
   • In such cases, Hubfulfill will provide maximum support and work with the shipping companies to ensure the package reaches the customer as quickly as possible.

8. Attention:

   • Hubfulfill always strives to do its best, but there is always a margin of error, and Hubfulfill's error rate is consistently kept below 1% per month, with peak season reaching 1.5% per month.
   • All logistics-related errors are due to the second party, and Hubfulfill does not have the authority to intervene, but can continuously push shipping companies like USPS, UPS, FedEx, YUN... to resolve issues.
   • Customers need to top up funds for the goods in advance.
   • For customers requiring large inventory holds, a partial payment for materials with HUB is required to ensure the interests of both parties.
   • HUB only accepts return orders within 3 days of delivery.
