- File cắt/khắc là file corel hoặc ai. Trường hợp chỉ có file ảnh, yêu cầu độ phân giải >1000dpi, size to, vùng cắt/khắc để màu đen, vùng màu trắng là vùng còn giữ lại sau khi cắt.
Cutting/engraving files must be in Corel or AI format. If only an image file is available, it should be >1000dpi with large size, black areas for cutting/engraving, and white areas remaining after cutting.

7. Lưu ý về vận chuyển/Shipping notes:
